Millete is very astute in the business of Real Estate. She is by far the best Agent of the 5 in my lifetime that I have personally used in buying and selling past homes. Not only is she quick on responding to my concerns. She does everything with such pleasure and ease and has great instinct. She helped me Sell my Property that I had been renting for 15 years and the house had shown its age. Millete helped me decide to put the house on the market instead of fixing the problems first. In my case it was exactly the right thing to do and saved me thousands in up front costs hassling with contractors and timing, etc. She immediately showed the house that weekend and by that Monday we had several offers. The buyer's inspector found those known problems with the property that needed to be repaired or replaced. After agreeing to go ahead with resolving the problems ( a new roof and a new sewer line all the way to the main city line under the street) Millete like a master Magician lined up all the contractors and the work was done in a week and a half! This morning I went to the house to inspect the work myself. It was all quality work and done fast. For someone who can get it done like that has a great trusting reputation with contractors. Finally I am someone who has trouble trusting professionals but Millete cured me of that shortcoming, at least when it comes to her.

Millete went above and beyond to help us close on our dream home! We felt completely heard regarding what we wanted in a home, and there was no pressure from her to make offers on homes we weren't sure about. She always researched and communicated with other realtors to be sure we had all possible information before making decisions. When we ran into problematic buyers and multiple unexpected delays, she worked day and night (even from abroad at times!) to make the deal go through for us, always remaining professional and ethical. It was clear that she cared about us as people, not just as clients, and was genuinely happy for us when everything worked out. I cannot recommend Millete highly enough, I tell everyone I know that she is the best realtor I've ever worked with!
